What Exactly Happened?

On 4/14/25, I paid Ricardo Ortiz for the landscape design services outlined in our contract. Today, 9/1/2025, the project remains unfinished. Despite a few broken promises and excuses, it seems that Ricardo has no intention of returning to complete the project. In fact, he mistakenly texted me photos of other outdoor spaces he is currently working on, using my money to fund those projects while neglecting our agreement.  


I am hosting this website to warn others to beware of such outdoor experts and to encourage Ricardo to honor our agreement.  


I strongly recommend you look elsewhere for a reliable outdoor expert.
